All the staff have been very nice and helpful and compassionate in dealing with any issues.
Suggested improvements
The food could be slightly better but I am aware that this is provided by outside caterers. It would be nice to have the option of something savoury like cheese or ham at breakfast and supper.

I was treated twice for urine retention in A&E. I was referred to the Urology Dept. of diagnosis and treatment and had a Prostatic Embolisation carried out by Dr Aldrin in the Radiology Dept.the care I was given throughout this period was superb.
The only problem I had with the service was a difficulty in communicating with the Urology Dept. at St. Margarets Hospital, Epping. It was very difficult to speak to anyone by telephone about issues related to my condition. Phone calls were always directed to the main switchboard at Harlow and waiting times to be answered could be very long. After waiting ,sometimes for an hour I was told they didn't deal with calls to Urology and hung up. This was very frustrating. So an improvement in communication information with Epping would be advantageous.
